Welcome to Winfynite ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Winfynite and any person who accesses or uses our website, apps, or services ("you", "user"). By accessing or using Winfynite, you agree to these Terms.

Note: We do not offer betting, gambling, or real‑money wagering. Our points system "Fynites" is a virtual reward only.

• Platform: The Winfynite website and related services.
• Fynites: Virtual points earned through activities on the Platform and redeemable only for products listed in our Store. Fynites are not money, do not represent monetary value, and are non‑transferable.
• Contests: Creative/e‑sports style activities (e.g., Photography, Calligraphy, CSS Design, Henna Art, Painting, and gaming arenas) with rules published on the Platform.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Certain contests or redemptions may require you to be 18+. If you are under the age of majority, you must use the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• You may use the Platform only in jurisdictions where such use is lawful.

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated (e.g., name, phone, email).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, cheating, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

• Fynites are a virtual reward issued by Winfynite. They are not legal tender, not convertible to cash or crypto, and have no independent monetary value.
• Fynites may be earned by participating in activities or promotions as described on the Platform.
• Fynites may be redeemed only in our Store for eligible products (e.g., bags, pants, shirts) while stock lasts. Shipping/fulfilment timelines and availability may vary.
• Fynites cannot be bought, sold, transferred, pledged, or exchanged outside the Platform. We may adjust balances in case of error or suspected abuse.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fynites program or specific redemption options with prior notice on the Platform.

• Contest‑specific rules posted under each challenge when selecting
• Strictly prohibited: use of AI tools where disallowed, edits/filters where disallowed, cheating, teaming in restricted formats, use of mods/panels/third‑party hacks, sharing room IDs/passwords, multi‑accounting, fake or recycled submissions.
• We may require proof of originality (e.g., alternate angles, raw files) and may disqualify entries at our discretion.
• Decisions of moderators/judges regarding eligibility, scoring, or disqualification are final.

• Products redeemed via Fynites are subject to availability and posted terms (delivery timelines, coverage areas, and warranty—if any).
• Defective/damaged items must be reported within the timeframe stated on the Store page. Resolution may include replacement or equivalent alternative at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or higher value if a product is unavailable.
• we dont own any items present in the store are provided by sponsors or local businesses

• By submitting content (e.g., photos, designs, gameplay clips), you represent that you own the rights or have necessary permissions.
• You grant Winfynite a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, and promote your submitted content in connection with the Platform, contests, and results, with credit where practicable.
• We may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• All Platform content (logos, UI, text, images, code) is owned by or licensed to Winfynite. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

We may integrate third‑party services such as Firebase, analytics, or messaging platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those features.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winfynite and its owners, affiliates, and team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Winfynite from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• Before taking legal action, please contact info@winfynite.art for an attempt at an amicable resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the Last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
